About Us

  • Welcome to our union!

    Our union set out to represent the Turkish business world more effectively in global markets and increase its competitiveness by taking advantage of the power of exports.

    We believe that with the participation of our valued members, we will increase our export capacity day by day with the organizations, trainings, fairs and business connections we will organize. We believe that this union will create new opportunities for each of our members.

    Our goal is to grow together, develop innovative strategies and gain a stronger place in the global market.

  • It is mandatory for real or legal persons who will export to be members of the Unions operating in the sector of the goods they will export, in accordance with the Export Regulation, Law No. 5910 on the Establishment and Duties of the Turkish Exporters Assembly and Exporters' Unions and the Regulation.

    It is also necessary to be a member of the Unions in order to benefit from mandatory declaration approval, export registration, consignment and free export practices, state support for export, design, market entry documents, ktz competency projects, overseas unit promotion and brand registration support, Turquality and brand support, inward/outward processing regime and other services included in the activities of the Unions.

    Moreover;

    • Sectoral Trade Delegations: By participating in sectoral trade delegations, our exporters reach many different parts of the world with a delegation group with the support of the Union and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey (minimum 50%) and have the opportunity to meet new buyers for their products.

    • Purchasing Delegations: Our exporters have the opportunity to meet new buyers for their products by joining the purchasing delegations, which are business people coming to our country from many different parts of the world with the support of the Union and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

    • UR-GE Projects: Our export companies participating in the projects carried out within the scope of the “Communiqué on Supporting the Development of International Competitiveness” can work on many issues such as project-based needs analysis, training, consultancy, promotion, employment, foreign marketing or purchasing delegation and individual consultancy programs with the support of the Union and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

    • Fairs Organized Domestically and Abroad: Our exporters can benefit from the support of the Union and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey for fairs organized domestically and abroad, in many places from our country to the farthest points of the world.

    • Member Meetings: ADDMIB members can attend workshops free of charge, held periodically in Ankara and other provinces, where leading speakers and economists in the fields of economy, culture, psychology and many more take part.

    • Participation in General Assembly Meetings: If ADDMIB members reach a certain export level through ADDMIB, they can participate in the General Assembly Meetings held every year AND establish close relations with our Association.

    • ADDMIB Search Engine and Brochure Studies: If ADDMIB members reach a certain export level through ADDMIB, information about the products they export and the addresses of our members can be included in our product-based search engine and printed brochure on our website, which is promoted in many international organizations in which our Union participates.

  • Applications for membership to Exporters' Associations operating under our General Secretariat are accepted via cargo or hand delivery. In order for membership to be completed, the documents must reach us completely. Membership cannot be made via e-mail.

    Membership Application Documents

    1. The form of the Exporters' Union you wish to become a member of, which is located under the Membership Application Forms heading, is fully filled out, has the company stamp and is signed by the authorized person/persons on the signature circular.

    2. A Letter of Undertaking with a company stamp and signed by the authorized person(s) in the signature circular. (Included in the annex of the form in the first row) You can download the application form and the letter of undertaking from here.

    3. A photocopy of the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry Membership Certificate showing the registration number.

    4. Tax Office Tax Liability Letter. (Can be obtained from the Internet Tax Office)

    5. The membership fee receipt is a mandatory field, membership transactions cannot be continued without uploading the receipt. The entrance fee is 200 TL. When making an EFT transaction, attention should be paid to the recipient names, and they should be written as they appear on our website until the character limit is reached.

    1. Photocopy of Signature Circular.

    2. Trade Registry Gazette.
      I. For Natural and Legal Person Traders: Establishment Trade Registry Gazette and the most up-to-date Trade Registry Gazette Copy showing the title and partnership.
      II. For Tradesmen and Craftsmen: A photocopy of the Activity Certificate with a registration number obtained from the Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen.

    3. Photocopy of ID card or TR ID card. (For sole proprietorship companies and real person traders)

    4. If membership will be made by proxy, in addition to the above documents; a photocopy of the proxy and the proxy's signature circular.

    NOTE :


    i. The tax number and title of your company that will be a member must be stated on the entrance fee receipt. (Except for the Air Conditioning Industry Exporters' Association)
    ii. The entrance fee of the companies that will become members of a Union other than the Union within the OAIB General Secretariat must be deposited to the cashier at our General Secretariat.

    iii. Companies that became members of our Union after 2009 can apply with a petition and a signed and stamped undertaking.
    iv. The provision in subparagraph e of paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Regulation on the Establishment and Duties of the Turkish Exporters Assembly and Exporters' Unions states that "members are obliged to pay an entrance fee during registration to the union and an annual fee for each year in which exports are made or union services are used (Amendment: Official Gazette dated 30.12.2015 and numbered 29578)" is mandatory. On the other hand, you can make inquiries about your current debt to the institution and pay your annual fee by using the Member Debt Inquiry tab.

  • For online membership registration, registration is made at https://dijital.oaib.org.tr/S_Online_Uyelik/ . E-signature application is required. The following steps should be followed.

    • After entering the company's tax number and verification code, you will be directed to the screen where you will enter the information.

    • After the company and company official information is entered completely, all requested documents must be uploaded completely.

    • The GTIP number field should not be left blank.

    • The membership fee receipt is a mandatory field, membership transactions cannot be continued without uploading the receipt. The entrance fee is 200 TL.     • After the information is entered and the documents are uploaded, the e-signature stage comes. At this stage, your e-signature must be installed on your computer. The application form and the undertaking must be signed by the person or persons authorized to represent and bind the company. Applications cannot be made without an e-signature.

    • Once the e-signature process is completed, the application reaches us and your membership is activated after the necessary checks are made.

    • During this process, the system will automatically send an email to the email address you specified, informing you that your application has been received.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is of great importance that our members share their most frequently used e-mail, phone and address information when they register with our Association, so that they can be informed about our announcements as quickly as possible. It is also advantageous to have more than one e-mail address registered with our Association if needed.
